All the support of the Embrace LIFE programme plus:

  • Personal fitness data recording and analysis
  • DNA testing to assess potential for dietary changes
  • Rapid response via WhatsApp between 8am and 10pm GMT
  • Optional home delivery of food items required for this week's menu
